Social Media & Public Relations Coordinator / Washington State University – Spokane

Working within the context of an integrated marketing communications plan under the direction of the Director of Marketing & Strategic Communications, the Social Media and Public Relations Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing social media communications, public relations, and community engagement efforts of the WSU Spokane campus. Duties include developing, writing, and editing social media content, news releases, email newsletters, website content, and other materials that advance and support the strategic goals of the WSU Spokane campus and its affiliated units.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, marketing or other relevant field AND either two (2) years of professional experience in print OR broadcast news media, public relations, marketing including the use of electronic media or two (2) years of other relevant professional experience.

Monthly Salary: $4,508.70 – $6,199.47 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
