Join AAF Spokane as we give back to our community. For our second annual Create event, we have partnered with local non-profit, Spokane’s Garfield Elementary School A.P.P.L.E. program (Alternative Parent Participation Learning Experience), and promised them that we can help provide them with some sick design and collateral for their primary fundraising event in 2019. We need your help to follow through on that promise.
Register as a team of 3 or as an individual (and we’ll pair you up with an amazeballs team) for CREATE. We’ll be putting your skills to the test with a fast-paced competition to design a graphics and collateral package for the Spokane River Run in a single day. Don’t worry, we won’t leave you alone in this endeavor, we’ll have a local art director on hand to help you get through the challenge. By the end of the day, you’ll present your design to your fellow teams and our A.P.P.L.E. program representative.
The winning team will see their designs become a reality promoting the A.P.P.L.E. program, Spokane River Run April 21, 2019 and each team member will get a copy of each of the collateral items produced using their design.
Win or lose, you’ll be helping support an amazing cause and testing the limits of your blood pressure in the process.
Registration is $20 per person. Proceeds of registration will cover the cost for a really cool shirt with the remainder being donated to our non-profit partner, Spokane’s Garfield Elementary School A.P.P.L.E. program.
